SALARY:
1477-2455 €/month before taxes

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Germany and Central Europe. This role will focus on identifying new clients, building strong relationships, leading discussions, and driving successful negotiations to support the company’s growth strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across target industries in Germany and Central Europe.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and emerging trends.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in B2B.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a strong advantage. Additional Central European languages are a plus.
Strong understanding of the logistics markets.
Big advantage: knowledge of spot buying and pricing across multiple countries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
