LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT MANAGER — Vilnius

City: Vilnius

Salary: €4135-4960/month gross

What you'll do
  • Implementation of the goals set for the logistics department in order to attract new customers and maintain quality work with existing ones by selling cargo transportation services by land transport using curtain side trucks;
  • Organizing teamwork, motivating and developing employees;
  • Analysis of market and customer needs in order to find individual solutions and build long-term relationships;
  • Sales analysis and development, sales promotion organization, profitability control;
  • Customer base development, attracting new customers;
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company in finding the most favorable solutions for our clients.
What we're looking for
  • You have a higher education in business, economics or management;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a management position (in the B2B sector). Experience in logistics is an advantage;
  • You are characterized by strategic thinking, results orientation, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, you respond promptly to unforeseen situations and make effective decisions;
  • You have excellent negotiation skills and sales competencies;
  • You are able to analyze logistics indicators, forecast demand, and plan resources.
  • You communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, within the team and with external partners (English is required, additional language is an advantage).

TRANSPORT CLAIMS SPECIALIST — Kaunas

City: Kaunas

Salary: €2240-2640/month gross

What you'll do
  • Receiving calls and maintaining contact with drivers during and after a traffic accident;
  • Collection of necessary information and documents about damages, preparation of reports, analysis;
  • Creation of incident and claim files in the business management program and further claim administration;
  • Cooperation with the police, insurance companies, intermediaries, department employees and other departments;
  • Administration of compulsory and comprehensive insurance contracts for heavy goods vehicles (trucks and semi-trailers) owned by the company, control of deadlines;
  • Improving claims adjustment processes.
What we're looking for
  • You have experience in claims adjustment (in the transport sector - an advantage);
  • You have good computer skills and are able to communicate in Russian and English;
  • You have analytical thinking and are able to critically evaluate the information you receive;

  • Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Proactive, structured approach and ownership of results;
